#RETHINKING THE WAY WORKPLACE FUNCTIONSThe RoleTitle: Customer Success Specialist - Mandarin & EnglishExperience Range: 0 – 6 months (Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates)Education: Open to Diploma and Degree holdersLocation: Petaling JayaShift: 24/7 rotational shiftSalary Range: Upto RM 4000 Industry: Employment Social platformApplicant need to Malasyian citizen. Overview: The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will manage customer requests, concerns, and inquiries via inbound phone calls and emails.
As the primary contact for customers using the client's website shopping channel, the CSS represents the brand and upholds the values of responsibility, quality, and a passion for excellence.Responsibilities:Represent the brand, culture, and values of the clientMaintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customersHandle customer concerns professionally and positivelySupport customers in placing online ordersProvide timely support through inbound calls and emailsProcess payments and confidential information securelyProactively mitigate risks to the client's brand and customer loyaltyEscalate priority issues when necessaryCollaborate with team members to improve customer support experienceShare suggestions for improving service qualityKeep skills up to date through continuous learningMeet all KPIs set by the company and clientAdhere to company and client policies and proceduresIdeal ProfileQualifications:Language Proficiency: Mandarin & English to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the regionInterpersonal Skills:Customer service orientationFocus on customer results/solutionsManagement of customer expectationsActive listening skillsProfessional handling of queries and objectionsPassion for communication and interactionAbility to receive feedback and thrive in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and willingness to learnEmotional intelligence and composure under stressGood reasoning and analytical skillsCritical thinking and proactive attitudeTechnical Skills:Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with 90% accuracyProficient in Microsoft Windows and OfficeWhat's on Offer?Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceJoin a market leader within Consumer HealthA role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities
