Job Summary: We are seeking a Custom Support Agent to join our team and assist customers with their HR-related inquiries and Unit4 Prosoft HRMS software support.
This role is crucial in helping our clients manage their HR processes efficiently by providing knowledgeable and timely support.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via email, ticketing management system, and over the phone.
Provide expert advice and troubleshooting on Unit4 Prosoft HRMS software.
Assist customers with HR-related queries, including payroll (Singapore and Malaysia), leave management, employee claims, and time and attendance.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues by identifying the root cause and providing solutions.
Ensure customer queries are resolved within established response and resolution times.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Qualifications and Experience: Must Have: Strong understanding of HR policies and principles, especially related to payroll (Singapore and Malaysia), leave management, employee claims, and time and attendance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically and provide structured solutions.
Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable handling customer inquiries through email, ticketing systems, and over the phone.
Added Bonus: Experience with Unit4 Prosoft HRMS.
Prior experience in a customer support role.
Familiarity with HR software systems and technical support processes.
