ResponsibilitiesResponse to customer inquiries via communication channels.
Resolve customer issues, concerns and offer technical support.
Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
RequirementsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency speaking and writing in English and Malay.
Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Familiarity with the products or services offered.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
Own a laptop, stable internet connection.
