Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Sunway Construction Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to strategically plan and execute tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with processing orders and tracking shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role
- Confident and independent with excellent communication skills
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
