Job Descriptions :
Responsible for recharging the order.Responding to customer kchat /email promptly.Maintaining excellent levels of service and consistent communication with our customers in the utmost professional manner & meaningful responses.Checking for uncompleted orders and sending notifications to the seller to complete the order.Verifying the seller's products on Kaleoz to avoid suspicious listings.Proactively identify changes that can be made to the Kaleoz application to simplify the job.Recognize and escalate any high-priority problems to the Senior Customer Support Associate for follow-up.Develop relationships with Kaleoz sellers, working with them to drive sales through web optimization and enhancement of customer experience when shopping on the Kaleoz platform.Undertake any ad-hoc task or any other related task assigned by the superior.Job Requirements :
Experience in the Customer Service field is preferred.SPM or equivalent work experience.Good command in English & Mandarin.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Self-motivated dynamic individuals with integrity, drive, diligence and a passion for high standards of service.Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Willing to work flexible support hours.Summary of role requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Evening, Afternoon
