WHAT YOU'LL DO: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via email and WhatsApp, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Use existing tools to provide precise and complete information to customers.
Meet sales/renewal targets and call handling quotas, when required.
Address customer complaints, offering solutions within set time limits and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain customer interaction records, process accounts, and manage documentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services.
Understand company products and services to provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Requirements WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: Diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Any experience in customer service, especially handling email and WhatsApp communications, is a plus.
Knowledge of the insurance industry or related fields is advantageous but not required.
Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
High attention to detail and accuracy in communications and documentation.
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience.
