Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:Develop and sustain strong business relationships with customers, agents, and healthcare professionals in hospitals and medical centers through excellent customer service.
Develop sales of the products and services of the company.
Responsible for client support and keeping clients informed of new products, pricing, and any relevant updates.
Follow up with customers in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
Maintain, cultivate, and expand existing customers in line with the company's growth strategies.
Develop and deliver presentations in a professional and effective way.
Assist in treatment arrangements and cell delivery logistics.
Provide support on sales, marketing, and promotional activities, professional support programs, conferences, seminars, etc.
as required.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the service line.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Candidates with a nursing background are preferred.
Possess a valid driving license with own transport and willing to travel outstation & overseas when required.
