The RoleAs the Customer Support, you'll join a small, dynamic team of network marketing professionals and Zinzino advocates.
Reporting to the Asia Pacific Head of Support, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of our salesforce (Partners) community and promoting the evolution of these associates.
Display understanding and responsiveness to support our Partners and Customers.
Commit to building and maintaining relationships and management with Partners.
Keen eye for details to assist with marketing assets, including translations and web-based bilingual materials.
Appreciation of intricacies in the Zinzino compensation Plan and the Policy and Procedures.
Assist, attend and contribute to regular business opportunities, product training, and Partner meetings.
Finds improvement of service level gratifying.
Management of inbound/outbound calls and emails.
Comprehension of all communications, under the direction of management.
Address all issues in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with training and Zinzino offerings, policies and procedure, promotions, events, and compensation plan.
Manage quality assurance activities and analysis for both calls and emails, where required.
Ad-hoc duties, as assigned.
Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience in customer service and support role.
A total of 4 Job Vacancies available, handling different countries' customer service and support, preferably with Direct Selling Industry background.
Strong written and oral communication skills in multiple languages such as English, Bahasa, Chinese, Tamil, and/or Telugu.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5 Days work at our Petaling Jaya Office.
