Job Summary:
This internship is based on the preferred date of student and the University but immediate availability is preferred.
The duration of the placement will be at least 3 months or longer (refer to University requirements).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Learn to troubleshoot common issues and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives.
Learn the technical and business knowledge related to the industry.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Students or final year students of at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business, Management, Administration, or related fields.
No work experience required.
Applicants must be willing to work in our office located in Cyberjaya.
Willing to work on shift hours (between 7AM – 11PM), 5 days per week.
Note: Working from home is allowed when scheduled for the afternoon shift, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to learn, work under pressure, adapt to our fun culture, and be proactive.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Patient and enjoy working with people.
Creative and enthusiastic.
Computer literate - Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work laterally across different business units and vertically across all staff levels.
Keen interest in innovating and seeking new ways of doing things.
