Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent service delivery.
2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Train and mentor customer support staff to enhance their skills and performance.
5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
6. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of customer support operations.
7. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in a customer support management role.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Hardworking and reliable personality traits.
6. Innovative and analytical soft skills.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
