Job Description:
As a Customer Support Officer for Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang. Your main duties will include resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for processing orders, providing product information, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.4. Process orders and returns accurately.5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.7. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers.8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales policies.
Requirements:1. At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.3. Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.8. Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
