About the roleAs a Customer Support Specialist at Syspex Mechatronic (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in our office in Shah Alam, Selangor, where you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed and their satisfaction is maintained.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Providing detailed and accurate information about our products and services
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Identifying and escalating complex or recurring issues to the appropriate team members
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in using SAP software and other Microsoft tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude when dealing with customers
Prior experience in a customer support or client-facing role is preferred
Knowledge of the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry is an advantage
