to divisions, competence centers, customs offices, freight forwarders, etc.
); act as contact person Manage data (e.g.
key directories, customs rates, tariff headings, etc.)
Train and instruct associates on subject-specific topics (e.g.
workforce planning, segregation of tasks, export and form D) Conduct import and export transactions; transfer transport information to customs offices Generate all types of customs-related documentation (e.g.
transfer station, certificates of origin, INF 2 settlements, customs paperwork, invoices, international waybills, carrier-related transport papers, etc.)
Monitor document responses and verify Invoices from service providers and suppliers Request delivery declarations for raw materials and equipment Coordinate complex events with responsible customs authorities/service providers (e.g.
INF 2 settlements, etc.)
Handle technical customs clarifications for complex imports and exports Group materials into a tariff (customs classifications), communicate with technical department for tariff binding Maintain, assuring and manage customs prebooks and registers (e.g.

Responsible for application of scrapping/sell/export raw materials/ finished goods.
Prepare and provide required reports/statement on a timey basis (e.g.
