Data Admin Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:The role of the Data Admin Executive communicates and works closely with managers and teams to maintain proper information flow.
You are responsible for checking any updated emails from the Activation & Planning team and updating the schedule/task of the project & amending in Retail Aim & Master Deployment.Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:Check data by project and ensure all data sync and submitted sales report completely.Compile data in Weekly Report.Ensure all projects are ongoing using the updated report format.Prepare and update Master Deployment.Prepare monthly report, follow up on the latest quotation number from the internal team.Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):Minimum 2 years working experience in administrative work.Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).Good communication skills and attention to detail.Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
