Management of channel purchase, sales, and inventory data, ensuring all data is clean, accurate, and timely.
Responsible for Channel partner relationship management system & retail system maintenance (including channel partner/dealer registration, certification, validity extension, etc.).
Incentive, Rebate, Joint Marketing, and Price Protection planning, application, execution, and settlement.
Analysis of channel sales data (monthly/weekly/daily sell-through & sell-out reports, etc.).
Responsible for Monthly Regional/Sales Manager incentive calculation (including Online & Offline).
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Management of PSI Data (Consistency of distributor ST data upload & IPSI data).
PRM & retail system maintenance (including channel partner/dealer registration, certification, validity extension, etc.).
System application (Incentive, Rebate, Joint Marketing, Price Protection) & examine, approval, update, acceptance & finalize.
Managing fleeing goods data, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
Degree educated is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Good skills in Excel and data analysis.
Self-driven and willing to travel to meet customers to understand market trends.
