Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a passion for uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets.
Key Responsibilities :
Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights when needed.
Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
Assist with customer inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Support the sales team in processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, and assist with administrative tasks.
Job RequirementsQualifications:
SPM or Diploma in Data Analytics or a related field.
Intern / part timers are welcome to apply.
Preferred experience in dealing with a large amount of data.
Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
Detail oriented and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
