Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover key findings.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using primarily Tableau.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and data requirements.
Conduct detailed data analysis to support decision-making processes in areas such as marketing, operations, or customer experience.
Assist in maintaining databases and data systems.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security, applying best practices in data management and governance.
Present complex information and analysis in clear, concise presentations or reports for stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation for data workflows.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Familiarity with database management, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of statistical techniques (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing).
Knowledge about C# fundamental.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and tools.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
