Position Title : Data Analyst
Working Hours : 8:40 am - 6 pm (Monday to Friday) - Lunch Break: 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Working Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary Range : Up to RM6,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities
Market segmentation, delta analysis, and MIS preparation.
Develop an annual operational plan for the business with defined KPIs.
Tracking Plant Level and Product Level KPIs vis a vis AOP Targets, updating revised forecasts during the year.
Establish governance, risk, and control processes that align with organizational policies.
Profitability Analysis at Plant and Product Level for Best Product Mix suggestion.
Enable automation of routine processes & reports, harmonize planning and other allied processes.
Sales & Cost Data Analysis for Pricing/Margin Optimization.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders: sales & marketing, supply chain, finance & production.
Requirements
At least 5 years' experience in MIS function.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Proficient in Malay and English.
Summary of Role Requirements :
Available to work Monday to Friday, Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts.
More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
Working rights required for this role.
