ROLE DESCRIPTION
The individual will lead risk, control and governance activities for Market Conduct – Non public information. The role-holder will work closely with key stakeholders like CFCC and Group OR to ensure effective delivery of risk management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify risks and issues, and ensure appropriate mitigation or treatment plans are in place
Conduct annual Risk and Control Self Assessment, Top Down Reviews etc
Actively manage risks and issues identified, and escalate appropriately
Incorporate appropriate controls when designing processes/solutions
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines
Ensure all necessary agreements are obtained from the respective Client Coverage Data workstream leads and are auditable
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree or diploma qualified with relevant experience in multiple phases of the project lifecycle, preferably with exposure to business project delivery roles
Strong experience working with data and/or data remediation and reconciliation at a strategic level – with consultancy background and advantage
Excellent analysis skills with a logical approach to problem solving
Strong presentation and excel skills
Solid risk management experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
