They are currently seeking a Data Center Assistant Audit & Certification Manager for their expansion in Malaysia.
As a Data Center Assistant Audit & Certification Manager, you must have experience in managing audits/certifications from start to finish.
You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting audits and inspections by internal and external stakeholders, such as ISO certifications.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing records and data upkeep in the central depository.
Job Responsibilities:Coordination of Audits and Inspections:Coordinate and support audits and inspections by internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to ISO certifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with relevant stakeholders to provide support for documentation and mapping of requirements.
Process Enhancement:Propose enhancements of existing processes and create new processes if required.
Administrative Record Management and Regulatory Permits and Licenses:Handle administrative duties including managing records and data upkeep in the central depository.
Support and coordinate all office administration and building/facility management needs, such as application & renewing of regulatory permits and licenses.
Procurement Assistance:Support in sourcing and raising purchase requests (PRs) for the department.
Data Reporting:Collate and/or generate requested data reports for analysis by Management.
Additional Administrative Support:Carry out any other administrative functions/support in ad-hoc projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or Science disciplines
6+ years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.#J-18808-Ljbffr
