Optional: Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin will be optional as there are times when the candidate is required to deal with BM and Mandarin-speaking team members

Scope of Work:
To assist in providing secretarial and administrative support for office-related matters as necessary
Monitor all aspects of news relating to the client, providing timely alerts to the PR team members
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
Able to work as a team / individually to contribute to strategizing and adding value to the company
Daily media monitoring and reporting across daily newspapers, magazines, and online news according to agency SOPs
Use media intelligence platforms to select relevant media items based on precise client requirements (guidance and training will be provided)
Daily data entry and reporting
Summarize media items quickly and accurately according to division needs
