Data Insights & System Solutions SpecialistAs a Business Intelligence & Systems Specialist, you will provide comprehensive technical support for the department's systems, ensuring smooth operations while analysing data to deliver insights that drive informed decision-making.
Your key responsibilities include maintaining the accuracy and integrity of reports, managing system functionality, and offering training and support on reporting tools.
Analyse data to identify trends and insights that provide actionable recommendations, helping stakeholders to make informed decisions and improve business outcomes.
Administer the accuracy and consistency of all reports, with a focus on timely delivery.
Oversee the registration and reporting of warranties, ensuring all relevant data is captured and maintained accurately for operational efficiency and compliance.
In charge of systems' user ID creation and testing of new features to ensure optimal system functionality.
Provide training and support to users on system functionalities and reporting tools to ensure seamless adoption and effective use.
Collaborate closely with business units to understand their reporting needs and deliver customized solutions that align with their objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, providing timely resolution or escalation when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good in Microsoft Excel formulas and strong in analysing numbers and data.
Excellent technical problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure.
