We are seeking for a skilled CEM Platform Specialist to deliver and maintain a robust Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform.
This role focuses on enhancing service quality, user experience, and data analytics by ensuring data integrity, platform functionality, and seamless integration.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of platform delivery, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance to meet customer and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Govern data accuracy during and after database migrations.
Investigate, identify, and resolve data consistency issues.
Perform backdating and reconciliation of data where necessary.
Participate in solution design, including site surveys, platform architecture, and IP/LAN configuration.
Deploy platform solutions, including hardware and software setup, and verify data ingestion.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to clarify integration requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Tableau or similar visualization platforms to reflect updated data.
Perform routine audits, health checks, and troubleshoot platform issues.
Conduct major operations such as upgrades, capacity expansion, and service adjustments.
Support integration and testing of platform functionalities to meet project delivery goals.
Prepare clear and detailed documentation for platform development requirements and share with relevant teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project stakeholders and HQ/GSC, to resolve issues and align on solutions.
Utilize programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Bash) to develop automation scripts or data use cases to enhance platform performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Bash scripting for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience with Linux-based systems (e.g., Hadoop) for managing large-scale data.
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Working knowledge of CEM/CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle CX).
API integration experience with RESTful or SOAP APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize platform performance.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
