PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
Identify and evaluate automation use cases to address both internal and external business demands and align to the company's strategic objectives.
Design methodology to solve business problems and support planning decisions through the use of advanced analytics and statistical/machine learning models.
Support the Head of Department in the continuous development and refinement of the automation and artificial intelligence framework.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify Business Challenges:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, transform the way of work, discover automation opportunities, and implement digital automation strategies, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and streamlined processes.
Develop Automation Solutions:Architect, develop, and deploy automation solutions to optimize and streamline complex business processes across multiple functions, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
Manage Bot Performance:Oversee the day-to-day operations of digital entities, ensuring their optimal performance and efficiency. Monitor performance proactively and troubleshoot issues based on log reports, maintaining seamless functionality across automated processes.
Enhance Digital Tool Functionality:Augment digital tools by integrating advanced features such as RPA, data processing, automated reporting, and API orchestration, ensuring robust, scalable solutions that meet departmental needs.
Drive Continuous Innovation:Explore and adopt new technologies and methodologies to improve the capabilities and impact of digital tools. Leverage AI-driven solutions, including Generative AI, to develop innovative tools that address both internal operational and external business demands.
Re-engineering Business Processes:Collaborate with business users to integrate automation and AI into cross-functional business processes to drive operational efficiency and efficacy.
Drive a Data-Driven Decision-Making Culture:Utilize cutting-edge technologies to extract actionable insights from data and improve data literacy in the organization by working together with HR to develop and deliver L&D programmes.
REQUIREMENTS
Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):
A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML programming, including proficiency in cloud platforms, automation processes, and diverse use cases across various business functions.
Other skills required:
Experience in machine learning and AI, particularly in the context of process automation.
Experience in integrating different LLM models into business processes (Azure Open AI, Gemini, Claude, Llama).
Proficient with cloud-based platforms such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Good problem-solving abilities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
