Support management with supplies risk assessments and mitigation activities to address demand related issues in a timely and effective manner.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:A. Planning and prioritising to ensure maximum performance, delivery as committed.- Populate rolling 12 months master production plan upon receiving the new forecast from SEA S&OP Planner- Consolidate latest demand (customer order) and inventory details (stock on hand, MSL & target stock) to populate the weekly ~ 4 weekly production schedule according to the process parameter and preventive maintenance schedule provided - milling and coating plan for production execution, packing plan for packing execution- Prepare weekly ~ 2 weekly material (chemical, packaging) consumption plan for production and material warehouse stock preparation- Coordinate with Customer Service on urgent order acceptance- Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Distribution, Warehouse and Production on any delivery issue arise- Perform the inventory analysis (minimum quarterly) for all sales item's inventory location, propose the inventory level (MSL, Target Stock) and organise a validation session with concerned stakeholder- Daily monitoring on production performance vs plan, highlight on reason for shortfall (+/-10% from given parameter) for further action by relevant stakeholder- Daily monitoring on demand changes, production schedule adjustment as needed (to be minimised for classifier change control)- Anticipate risk and send early alert to managementB. Support all EHS and I Cube initiativesC.
