Demi Chef (Seremban 2)

Requirements:
Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred
Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain composure during rush hours
Multitasking abilities
Ability to supervise line cook or commis, as required
Exceptional listening and communication skills
Responsibilities:
To support the Head Chef in daily operation and work
Ensure quality controls for all finished products
Maintain orderly work station & adhere to hygiene, health & safety standards
Ensure day-to-day operation runs smoothly in accordance with the SOP
Constant needs for self-improvement and training
Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the refrigerators, freezers, and stock rooms
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation
