Department Personal Assistant Cum Human Resource Administration

Key Accountabilities To perform all administrative duties as assigned.To undertake ad-hoc projects.To liaise with all other departments of the company for management information.To assist and coordinate in all aspect of office tasks.To work on own initiative and demonstrate proactive approach to work.Manage and coordinate all appointments and meetings for Head of Department. In addition, maintain accessible updated records of the above.Receive and screen in-coming calls for the Human Resources department and Head of Department.Manage preparations and obtain approvals for meetings for Head of Department or organized by the team.Manage travel preparations and obtain approvals (managing travel application forms).Assist the Head of Department with preparation of presentations and documents.Submit claims from the team to Finance department after screening.Maintain updated records for team leave status.Liaise with the team for arrangements of activities (Zumba, festival lunch & etc).Establish and maintain a filing system (inclusive of file movement) for all written materials correspondence and reports.Perform other related duties as may be assigned or delegated by the Superior or any other person as directed from time to time. Qualifications and Experience Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma Certificate, Professional Certificate, any field. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
