Responsibilities
-Talent Sourcing: Deep dive into job descriptions, source candidates, work on sourcing and hiring automation process.
-Basic Pre-Screening: Conduct initial pre-screening of candidates via phone calls to assess their qualifications and suitability for open positions.
-Change process management: Provide project management support to the process change in relevant teams.
