Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire Human Resources function including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to management and staff to foster a positive workplace culture.Manage the HR team, ensuring effective delivery of services and support to all departments.Lead initiatives on employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.Handle complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and legal compliance matters.Analyze HR metrics to assess trends and propose changes to improve HR effectiveness.Partner with department heads to align human resources strategies with business objectives.Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.Job RequirementsMaster's degree / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in generalist functions.Proven experience in managing HR teams and building effective relationships across all levels of the organization.Strong knowledge of HR legislation, employment law, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically while being detail-oriented in execution.Experience in change management, organizational development, and workforce planning.Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.#J-18808-Ljbffr
