Deputy Manager, Environmental, Social & Governance (Esg), Credit Operations

-Assist in establishing, executing and communicating ESG and climate risk related policies/strategies that is in line with the Bank's sustainability roadmap.
-Integrate ESG and climate risk related considerations into business and credit decision-making processes.
-Innovate new ESG retail financing products to grow the Bank's sustainable financing portfolio.
-Facilitate customers' switch to low carbon and sustainable practices by developing and applying effective strategies and initiatives.
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate and drive sustainability initiatives.

-Good knowledge on sustainable financing as well as ESG and climate risk related principles, standards and regulations.

-Experience in process automation / system enhancement would be advantageous.
