What you'll be doing?Project Support:Assist Senior Design Engineers and Engineering Managers in all aspects of design and project activities.
EPCC Involvement:Engage in various stages of EPCC projects, from initial design to construction, commissioning, and start-up.
Proposal Preparation:Develop comprehensive tenders, designs, and budgetary proposals for Cleanroom systems, utilities, and electrical work.
Coordination:Liaise with external consultants to review and coordinate tender drawings, pricing schedules, and technical specifications.
Independent Design:Create designs, tender drawings, and pricing schedules for building services without external consultation.
Client Communication:Interact directly with clients to gather accurate information and respond promptly to their needs and expectations.
Technical Analysis:Perform HVAC-Heat Load calculations and design specific Cleanroom Architecture, M&E, and Civil systems.
Value Engineering:Provide innovative solutions and design optimization for building services to enhance project efficiency.
Project Documentation:Prepare detailed shop and construction drawings for awarded projects.
Material Selection:Contribute to the selection of appropriate materials for project recommendations.
Who are they looking for?Educational Background:A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Relevant Experience:At least 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC and Mechanical Installation, as well as preparing tender submissions and quotations.
Technical Knowledge:Good understanding of Mechanical-HVAC Systems and Thermodynamics, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios.
Software Proficiency:Comfortable working with ACAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
Experience with 3D BIM drawing systems is a plus.
Flexibility:Willing to be based on project locations during the design phase for larger projects, demonstrating adaptability and commitment.
Transportation:Possess own transportation to ensure mobility and independence in job-related travel.
Working Hours:5 days work week
