Job Description :
Manage and execute new design / product development in respective company.
Involvement in RFQ for new / modification product in Injection molding section.
Implement design / modification of plastic injection molding products according to customer requirements and specifications in 3D modelling and 2D drawing.
Perform part DFM for any new product or modification product in Injection molding section.
Responsible for new tooling fabrication and modification - follow up and deal with mold maker.
Responsible for parts and tooling design review - deal with internal engineering team.
Involve in new product prototyping preparation and approval activities.
Liaise with internal project window and external customer during new project implementation which related to technical issue.
On-site support to others affiliated company upon request by the management.
Explore design in new sector / process base on new tasks assign by management.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must posses a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or others related engineering.
Have good knowledge in 3D design software (Unigraphics / Solidworks, etc.).
Have knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 and etc.
Capable in working team work environment and good project time management.
