We're looking for young talents to be our front liners who provide customers with prompt services, quality of service and products as well as to maintain an SOP (Standard of Procedure) and comfortable store environment. Preferably someone cool, fun, crazy, with a great passion for international courier systems.

To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and a warm, welcoming ambience for all customers who enjoy a simple piece of our courier service as much as we do.

Friendly, energetic and good personality
Motivated with a passion in the Courier industry
Well-versed in computer literature and office software

Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to company values and mission statement
Adhere to company rules and regulations
Must follow DHL requirements and SOP (Standard of Procedure).
Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction.
To be involved in daily operational tasks and daily shipment.
Be a respectful team player.
