Social Media Content Creation & Management: Develop creative and engaging content for LS Medical Group's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), focusing on both visuals (graphics, videos, reels) and copywriting.Plan, create, and post regular social media content that aligns with brand messaging, seasonal promotions, and key services offered by the clinic.Monitor trends on social media platforms and implement innovative content ideas to increase engagement and followers.Video Production & Editing: Produce, shoot, and edit short-form video content, including Facebook Videos, TikToks, Instagram Reels, and behind-the-scenes footage, that highlight LS Medical Group's services, products, and customer testimonials.Create dynamic video ads and educational content that align with customer interests and trends on digital platforms.Poster Design & Visual Content: Design eye-catching posters and other visual materials for both online and offline promotions.Ensure consistency of visual branding across all platforms and materials.Digital Advertising Campaigns: Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions for LS Medical Group.Design visually compelling ads and write effective ad copy that resonates with target audiences.Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display) to maximize return on investment.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.SEO & Google Ads Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize Google Ads for clinic services, targeting relevant audiences based on location, demographics, and interest.Continuously improve Google Ads campaigns by monitoring click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and conversion rates, adjusting bids and ad strategies as needed.Ensure that landing pages and website content are aligned with ad campaigns to improve quality scores and overall campaign success.Influencer & Collaboration Management: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, or other content creators for partnerships that align with LS Medical Group's branding.Coordinate giveaways, collaborations, and social media takeovers to expand brand reach. Requirement:
• Min possess Diploma/Degree in arts, graphic design, multimedia or equivalent.
• Those have min 1-2 year experience will be an added bonus.
• Proficient in Canva (Adbobe Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent will be an added bonus)
• Proficient in CapCut(Premiere Pro will be an added bonus).
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to be flexible and readjust priorities as needed.
• Good command of English and Mandarine is required in both speaking and writing. Fluency in Mandarine is required as the role needs candidate to create and edit video content in Mandarine language.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and able to accept criticism and feedback.
• Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized.
