Digital Marketing (Account Servicing Executive)

As a Digital Marketing Account Servicing Executive, you will lead a team of designers, campaign optimisers and writers to deliver exceptional returns on our client's marketing campaigns, whether it is generating enquiries or driving awareness for a brand or product.
We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, customer-service focused individual to help our clients to achieve their marketing objectives.
Account Executive Responsibilities: -Onboard new clients into clickTRUE's campaign process, and be helpful throughout the journey -Interact regularly with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings to discuss and understand their current marketing needs -Provide consultation, strategy, and media plans for clients based on their business objectives -Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Proofread and maintain quality control of all outgoing deliverables daily -Analyse, interpret and present campaign reports to the client -Develop a thorough understanding of internal tools and processes, and become an expert on our core service offerings to clients -Work closely with the Sales Consultant and other cross-functional teams to manage and launch client's campaign on time.
-Ensure deadlines, campaign timelines and deliverables are met in a timely fashion.
-Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch with strategic media plan and consultative presentations -Oversee campaign delivery plus identifying up-sell opportunities with the sales team -Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect -Stay informed about updates on Facebook, Google, Linkedin and other digital advertising platforms This position requires attendance at our office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Remote work is not available for this role.
[Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-clicktrue-m-sdn-bhd-job-digital-marketing-account-servicing-executive-0] -Preferred 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role and have relevant experience in project management, sales, digital marketing, customer service, and/or account management in advertising/creative/digital agency environment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too) -Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Advertising / Marketing / Mass Communications or equivalent.
-Proficient in English to communicate, present, assert and speak to all the different stakeholders involved.
-Able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns at the same time -Understand digital advertising success metrics -Excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-Understand the needs of clients and translate requirements into campaign briefs for documentation   You'll be great for the job if: -You are independent, resourceful, and not shy to talk to new and potential clients to form new connections -You are highly organised, meticulous and have an eye for detail and you can spot the error in this sentence -You got no time for nonsense (but will choose to be kind anyway because #lifehappens ) -You aspire to be a good team leader -You can multitask without breaking much of a sweat (assessed when you can keep focus and a smile while having clients, team-mates and managers asking for stuff to be done at the same time); -You have good time-management ability (we don't want to micro-manage you!)
-You get irritated with the state of some websites and advertisements and you would want to help clients stand out from the crowd -You want to be always learning and evolving in your chosen profession Employment Type Full-time (onsite)
