Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for driving online sales and enhancing our brand presence across various e-commerce platforms. Your role will involve managing our Shopify store, optimizing product listings on Shopee and Lazada, and executing targeted email marketing campaigns. You will leverage data analysis to inform marketing strategies, improve customer experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our e-commerce goals, all while working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities & Duties: E-commerce Management: Manage and optimize our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, handling product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.Marketplace Operations: Oversee and enhance performance on Shopee and Lazada, including product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and reporting.Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.Digital Advertising: Plan and implement digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and increase sales on Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada.SEO & Content Optimization: Ensure on-site content is optimized for SEO and aligned with digital marketing strategies.Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute promotions, sales, and campaigns, aligning with marketplace trends and e-commerce calendars.Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and operations teams to create effective marketing materials and ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.Relevant certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce are a plus.Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management, with a focus on platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada.Strong understanding of Shopee and Lazada seller platforms.Proficiency in running ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analyzing data.Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.Experience with other e-commerce platforms or CRM tools.Familiarity with performance marketing and customer lifecycle management.Experience in A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and reporting.
