Hartalega Holdings Berhad, a leader in the manufacturing of high-quality nitrile and latex gloves, is looking for a passionate and driven **Digital Marketing Associate** to join our dynamic marketing team. This part-time position is ideal for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in the digital marketing field and contribute to a brand that prioritizes quality and innovation. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing our online presence.
### Responsibilities
1. **Social Media Management:**
- Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content to promote Hartalega's brand and products.
- Monitor social media channels for responses and engage with followers to boost community interaction.
2. **Content Creation:**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce blog posts, articles, email campaigns, and other digital content to drive traffic and engagement.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends and audience preferences, and apply findings to content development.
3. **SEO and Website Management:**
- Assist in optimizing website content for improved search engine rankings, ensuring the integration of relevant keywords and phrases.
- Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and propose enhancements based on data insights.
4. **Email Marketing:**
- Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
- Analyze email campaign performance and report metrics to the marketing team.
5. **Collaborative Projects:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various marketing projects and campaigns, contributing your ideas and insights.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and webinars, ensuring all materials and logistics are in place.
6. **Market Research:**
- Gather data on competitors and market trends to support strategic decision-making within the marketing team.
- Prepare reports summarizing findings and presenting recommendations for future marketing strategies.
### Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing or related areas. Internship experience will be considered.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
