Job Description
Create and manage e-commerce product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms.
Answer customer inquiries over the internet.
Perform simple administrative tasks.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing-related activities.
Assist with order fulfilment.
Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the company in-charge.
Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Canva is preferred.
Personal Requirements:
Able to multi-task and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and self-motivate.
Punctual for work.
Core Requirements:
Diploma or Degree.
Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing, social media platforms, etc.
Proficiency in Excel.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is required due to job nature.
Working Schedule/Environment:
6 days a week.
Fixed weekday off.
Comfortable Work Environment.
9:00 AM to 6:45 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour paid break).
