Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Executive will help promote our agency online to attract job seekers in the F&B, logistics, and retail sectors.
This role includes creating content, managing social media, and running online ads.
Key Responsibilities: Create Marketing Plans : Develop strategies to attract candidates for F&B, logistics, and retail jobs.
Content Creation : Write posts for our website, social media, and emails to engage job seekers.
Manage Social Media : Grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Run Ads : Create and manage online advertising campaigns.
Email Campaigns : Design email newsletters to inform candidates about job openings.
Analyze Results : Track and report on the success of marketing efforts.
Work with Teams : Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand hiring needs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience in digital marketing, especially in recruitment or relevant industries.
Knowledge of social media, SEO, and online advertising.
Good communication skills.
Creative and able to work well in a team.
