Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management : Develop engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers.
Social Media Marketing : Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms to engage with the target audience.
Email Marketing : Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
Data Analysis : Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
