**Responsibilities**:- **Budget Allocation and Monitoring**:Allocate and oversee campaign budgets to ensure effective resource utilization.- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:Monitor campaign outcomes and prepare accurate reports on overall marketing campaign performance.- **Creative Content**:Develop creative and compelling content for campaign launches and optimization.- **Trend Analysis**:Identify industry trends and emerging technologies that impact our operations.- **Metrics Evaluation**:Analyze key metrics affecting website traffic and target audience engagement.- **Innovative Strategies**:Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative growth strategies.- **Marketing Strategy Planning**:Assist in planning marketing strategies to enhance engagement, traffic, and lead generation.- **Task Management**:Manage ongoing task performance and various projects effectively.- **Media Planning**:Provide assistance in media planning for upcoming campaigns and initiatives.**Requirements**:- **Digital Marketing Proficiency**:Solid understanding of Facebook, Google, and all facets of Digital Marketing.- **Time Management**:Ability to thrive under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across different business lines.- **Education**:Degree/Diploma (Preferred in Marketing, Advertising/Media)- **Language Skills**:Proficiency in English and Mandarin.- **Experience**:Minimum of 1 year's experience in the Digital Marketing field.
