Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms to achieve targeted KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. Performance Tracking : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the gaming and entertainment sectors. Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI. Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution. Travel : Be willing to travel within the SEA region as required to meet business needs and objectives. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, specifically in managing Google and Facebook ads. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the gaming and entertainment sectors. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make recommendations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant software.
