Digital Marketing Manager

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field Proven track record of working in digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing successful SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns Highly creative with a keen ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging, informative, and motivating digital campaigns Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels to increase conversion rates Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments to test and refine campaigns Strong knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends Working knowledge of ad serving tools like DART and Atlas Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns for maximum ROI Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and their constraints Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking to measure campaign performance and make data-backed decisions Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Previous Work Experience in Fintech or iGaming Industry Strong Awareness of Market Trends, Emerging Technologies, and New FinTech Products and Business Models Spearhead the development and execution of all digital marketing initiatives, spanning SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns Create and maintain a robust social media presence for our brand, ensuring its consistency and relevance across all platforms Monitor and evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to measure success against established goals, ROI, and KPIs Continuously track industry trends and user behavior patterns, and leverage this knowledge to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment Foster a culture of innovation by leading brainstorming sessions to generate new and imaginative growth strategies Plan, implement, and measure the effectiveness of experiments and conversion tests, and use these results to optimize future campaigns Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design landing pages and optimize user experiences, ensuring a seamless customer journey across all channels. Leverage analytical tools to evaluate the entire customer experience across multiple touchpoints and channels, and identify opportunities for improvement Monitor conversion points and user funnels, and use this data to optimize the user journey and improve engagement Forge and maintain collaborative relationships with external vendors and agencies, and ensure that they meet or exceed our brand standards and expectations Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, and provide thought leadership and guidance to the team on adopting appropriate technologies for our business.
