About the job Digital Marketing Manager (MY)Research, plan, execute, and manage the company's digital marketing campaigns, including web, search engine optimization and marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Develop audit-based proposals and execute SEO/SEM campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Create dashboards, data visualizations, campaign, and website performance reports, and data-based insights and recommendations.
Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
Design, build, and manage the company's online presence, including the website and other online platforms.
Create tailored-fit proposals and recommendations for prospective clients and existing projects.
Conduct technical web audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Ensure all online content is up-to-date and aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
Manage the company's branding and produce creative assets such as graphics and visual materials for video production.
Understand various digital marketing tools and strategies.
Communicate effectively across different departments and manage projects effectively.
Manage a team of search engine optimization specialists, web designers, developers, and copywriters.
Get involved in planning, promotion, and announcement of corporate events.
Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with web design and development.
Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
