Digital Marketing Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

- Developing and executing marketing strategies for conversion.


-Plan, Launch, monitor and optimize Facebook Ad Campaigns.


-Identify opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns by tapping into the entire customer journey via omni-channel marketing.?


-Create and manage email campaign calendars.


-Set up email campaigns, monitor and schedule email sends, compile and create insightful email reporting.


-Work with the creative team to develop the campaign's creative assets that are both engaging and cost-effective.


-Optimise each funnel and marketing process ((TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture).


-Handle all aspects of the media buying process; tracking, ad creation, optimization, scaling, reporting, driving positive ROI and scale


-Able to write copy


-Having a strong digital analytical skills.


-Ask questions when not understanding


-Make suggestions for process improvements

-Required language : Mandarin


-Company Introduction: Over the past 5 years, we have trained over 5000 entrepreneurs from various industries and countries, spending over 5 million in advertising. Currently, the company is in a growth phase and continuously expanding its scale.


-At least 1 years of experience in Facebook advertising and copywriting. (Experience in other online marketing-related roles is also welcome.)


-Strong passion in digital marketing and copywriting.


-Able to complete tasks independently or with minimal supervision.


-Detail-oriented, Responsible, able to handle stress.


-Good attitude, able to handle stress, likes to help people, and has good moral character.


-Possess excellent communication skills, including with teams and entrepreneurs, strong teamwork and data insight capabilities.


-Resume with portfolio with be prioritize,


-Prior experience with a RM software/ Webinar (e.g. Activecampaign, Clickfunnel, Webinarjam, etc.) is a strong advantage.
