Digital Product Manager (Hr)

Product Management & Development (Information & Communication Technology)
Manage product lifecycle and ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products.
Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business priorities.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to enhance product success.
Ensure a customer-centric approach in all product development and management activities.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or relevant field of study.
Minimum 5 years in product management in MNC / SSC environment.
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies and strong knowledge in Scrum / Agile framework.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English and Malay.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to set clear priorities and manage expectations.
