Role Overview As a Digital Product Manager at Capco you will be playing a key role in the delivery of projects, working on client site to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading clients across Financial Services and Insurance sectors. Fitting that description, you will also need to be supremely motivated person and able to work in a team where clients become colleagues too.
Key Responsibilities Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog Design workflows, user interface and datasets Manage end to end lifecycle in the product development stages Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant teams Manage stakeholder updates Communicating change and driving change management SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience as a Digital Product PM Strong understanding on digital products and banking experience is highly preferred Responsible for delivering projects and good understanding of Agile delivery methodology Working on client site to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across financial services Strong emerging end-to-end generalist problem solving skills, e.g. Defining and deconstructing problems Prioritizing issues, analysis, and team capacity Ability to analyse operational and financial data Manage projects and individuals workstreams Communicating project statuses to senior management WHY JOIN CAPCO?
