Product Intern

Role and Responsibilities



-Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement.


-Support the product management team in defining product requirements, features, and functionalities.


-Collaborate effectively with various departments, including business, technical, and customer support teams, to ensure seamless operations.


-Support the testing and quality assurance process for new product features or changes.


-Manage enhancement and change requests by working closely with the technical and business analysis teams.

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.


- Minimum internship period of 6 months.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.


- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


-Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Malay language.
