Job Responsibilities:
Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Create project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and address issues.
Be the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
Communicate project status and issues.
Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure clear roles and responsibilities.
Allocate and manage resources effectively, providing support to team members.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, addressing challenges to keep the project on track.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, conducting regular reviews and audits.
Maintain project documentation and generate and present status reports.
Implement RPA solutions using UiPath and share RPA knowledge within the team.
Train team members on UiPath and RPA best practices.
Develop Power BI reports and dashboards, analyzing and visualizing data.
Share insights with project stakeholders through Power BI reports and train team members in Power BI reporting techniques.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and implement strategies to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
Regularly assess project progress against KPIs and adjust project plans and actions as needed to achieve KPI targets.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent related field.
Proven experience in project coordination and management, focusing on digital transformation or technology projects.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Familiarity with RPA (UiPath) and Power BI is a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel overseas for training, workshops, or project-related activities.
Required Language: Bahasa Melayu and English. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
