Digital Solutions / Data Analytics Manager (Tableau)

Job Description Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions tailored to the needs of the real estate industry.
Utilize a variety of tools and platforms including PowerApps, Power BI, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) to create innovative solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to stay ahead of the curve and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners to leverage best practices and resources.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders, including training and support as needed.
Oversee the full project lifecycle from conception to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital solutions and identify areas for optimization.
Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and mitigate risk Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in digital solutioning, with a focus on the real estate industry / project management domain preferred.
Proficiency in M365 (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Tableau with understanding of BIM working principles.
Knowledge in Primavera and Softools is an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker, Power BI, Tableu etc.)
preferred.
